Maria was born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1997 and moved to Hawaii when she was 8 years old. She obtained her realtor license while also attending university full-time and joined her mother at HI Success Estate in July of 2017. Within just a few months Maria found success, closing deals on luxury condos such as Anaha and a $17 million beachfront estate in Kahala. In 2021, she obtained her real estate brokers license and became the Principal Broker for Hi Success Estate. She also holds a Hawaii state esthetician license, which she received right after graduating high school, and currently works with her sister Alice at their mother’s medical spa, J Beauty Clinic.
Yuko Lee

Yuko Lee was born in Fukuoka, Japan and moved to Hawaii with her daughters Maria and Alice in 2005. She studied English hard and obtained her real estate license. She has a strong interest in real estate, and based on her own experience as a real estate investor, she always tries to support her clients from their perspective. With a monthly PV of over 1 million on her blog, which describes her own life, and over 75,000 followers on Instagram, she is one of the top bloggers in Japan. Yuko also runs a real estate company, a medical spa, a nail salon, and an interior design business with her two daughters.
Alice Yamamoto

Alice was born in Fukuoka, Japan in 1999 and moved to Hawaii when she was 6 years old. She received her realtor license while also attending university full-time and joined her mother and sister at HI Success Estate in August of 2018. She also holds a Hawaii State esthetician license and works with her sister Maria at their mother’s medical spa, J Beauty Clinic. Alice is currently attending nail technician school in hopes of obtaining a license to work at her mother’s nail salon, Salon Cherie.
